Safety first! Minors aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or have written consent from one and be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids aged 9-12 can also join in on the action if they’ve completed our Young Guns course and are with a guardian. Adults under 21 wishing to rent firearms must have a valid CA Hunting License and are limited to bolt-action rifles, shotguns, or rimfire rifles.

Safety and comfort go hand-in-hand! Closed-toe shoes are a must, and we recommend avoiding low-cut shirts to keep things safe and fun. If you need eye and ear protection, we’ve got new pairs available for purchase right at the range!

To buy a long gun, bring your valid California Driver’s License or ID with your current address (no PO Boxes allowed!). If you don’t have a Real ID, a valid passport or birth certificate will do. And if you've had a name change, remember to bring the relevant documents (like a marriage license). You’ll also need a California Firearm Safety Certificate or an appropriate exemption, such as a CCW or LEO ID.
